What's the need?
As an employer you must submit your payroll information to HMRC in real time, that means on or before the date you actually pay your employees and in most case digitally.
In addition to this your other legal obligations include providing your employees with a pay slip, P60's at the end of the year, providing P11D forms, submitting pensions data and processing leavers and starters - to name just a few.

We can take care of all of the above for you including the other intricacies of payroll such as claiming statutory sick pay, maternity pay and if you work within the construction industry CIS Tax which you may have been deducted by your customer.
Typically you would submit to us the amounts and hours you wish to pay your employees each week, fortnight or month (as your pay period dictates) and we will do the rest. We will process the pay run, report the amounts to HMRC, send your staff wageslips (electronically or hard copies), Provide you with a report of what to pay each employee, provide a report on pension deductions and reports allowing you to process the pay run within your bookkeeping package (or, using our bookkeeping service, update your books automatically for you).
In addition we can issue P60s to your employees at the end of the year and provide HR functionality such as recording absence, sickness an holidays. We can remind you when staff appraisals are due and track any loans you may have issued to them. Our system also allows staff to submit their own timesheets electronically for approval by you prior to payroll processing.
