We prepare and submit SA100 Self assessment forms to HMRC on behalf of individuals, Landlords, Sole traders, Contractors, High Income Earners and Directors.

We advise on the most tax efficient way to present your figures and offer advice for the coming year.

We offer a bookkeeping service for Making Tax Digital (MTD) purposes for those clinging on to the old ways!

Annual Account's

We prepare annual accounts for Sole Traders and for Limited Companies.

Limited companies, we also submit these to companies house on behalf of the directors to comply with statutory obligations and to avoid a fine. Whilst Accounts are not required to be filed by Sole Traders most mortgage applications and credit applications require them.

VAT

We Manager you VAT.

We can register you for VAT when the time is right, prepare and submit monthly, quarterly or annual VAT returns and reclaim any amounts owed.

Bookkeeping

CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)

We manage your CIS Scheme with HMRC

We can register you as a contractor or a sub contractor with HMRC. We can also prepare and submitting your monthly CIS returns (for contractors) and send statements to your Sub Contractors. We can verify Sub Contractors for you and if you need us to we can apply for gross deductions. We keep you compliant with legislation.

Payroll

We manage your payroll.

From on-boarding new employees, dealing with pensions, timesheets and company cars we can run your payroll for you. We can operate on a weekly or monthly basis.
